Company Presentation

Hello and welcome to the OBIOU stand of OSE Électronique. We are an electronics manufacturing subcontractor in France specialising in electronic boards, and we have been in business for 40 years. Our site is located at 1,000 metres altitude, between Grenoble and Gap.

We operate from 4,200 m² of premises, employ 120 people, and generate approximately €20 million in annual turnover.

Let me introduce Milena Veloso, our sales representative, who is helping to grow our export business.

International Expansion

Historically, we’ve been based in the southeast quarter of France. Under the company’s new leadership, we are now planning to expand into Switzerland, Italy, Germany — and across the rest of France.

I’m Caroline Guérin, Deputy Managing Director. Milena Veloso is our technical sales representative.

As Caroline explained, my role is to develop the international presence of OSE Electronique and retain our existing customer base.

Our Values and Commitments

As an electronic subcontractor, we are certified:

  • ISO 9001 (quality)
  • ISO 13485 (medical devices)
  • ISO 14001 (environment)
  • ISO 45001 (workplace safety)

We are aiming to obtain EN9100 certification by 2025-2026, as part of our CSR roadmap.

Being based at 1,000 metres altitude in the mountains, we’ve always cared for our local ecosystem — the lakes and peaks you’ll see featured in our displays.

Our CSR values are simple: trust, inclusion, and the employment of all individuals who are motivated to work, regardless of age or background.

As an electronics manufacturing subcontractor in France we’re proud to have a gender equality index of 96%, and we provide in-house training to all employees.

Company News

This year, we’re celebrating our 40th anniversary — a real milestone, especially given our unique mountain location.

At the start, some people thought we wouldn’t last more than a few years… and yet, here we are.

My father, one of the company’s founders, is still involved, and we’re now in a period of generational transition.

That’s why I currently hold the role of Deputy Managing Director, overseeing sales, HR, and IT.

Milena is helping bring a fresh and youthful dynamic to the company.
