Company Overview

Hello, my name is Thierry Capon, General Manager of the Electronic Integration Division at HIOLLE Technologies.

This division, formerly known as RHEA Electronic, has been part of the HIOLLE Group for 20 years.

The company was founded in 1989, and for over 35 years, we’ve been active in electronics design and production.

For the past two years, we’ve also been distributing industrial radio controls made in Germany by our exclusive partner MBB Control. These remote controls are used to operate mobile machines across various sectors.


Markets and Products

We design and manufacture electronic systems for three core sectors:

  • Medical
  • Railway
  • Manufacturing industry

The medical market has seen the most growth recently.
We are ISO 13485 certified, ensuring quality and compliance for medical devices.


Expertise and Know-how

Our engineering team can design:

  • Hardware
  • Software
  • Firmware

We offer expertise in CAD, programming in LabVIEW, C, and more.

Our subcontracting offer covers everything from individual PCBs to integrated equipment and test benches, using both custom and off-the-shelf boards integrated into complex systems.


Production Capacity

HIOLLE Technologies operates SMT lines suitable for:

  • Small and medium batches
  • Occasionally larger series

The company completes boards with through-hole components, wave soldering, and then:

  • X-ray inspection
  • Optical inspection
  • Functional testing

We also integrate the electronics into:

  • Enclosures
  • Transport cases
  • Cabinets up to 1.8m tall

We subcontract mechanical work (bending, engraving, printing) to specialised partners.
