Company presentation

Inodesign Group is a French industrial company specializing in end-to-end electronic and electromechanical solutions. The group provides a fully integrated value chain — from electronic design and engineering to manufacturing, cabling, overmolding, and assembly — entirely made in France. Its mission is to offer a local, agile, and secure alternative to offshore production, combining industrial performance, innovation, and proximity. By keeping all core processes in-house, Inodesign ensures confidentiality, quality control, and responsiveness throughout the product lifecycle. Core Competencies: Electronic design and engineering, electronic manufacturing services (EMS), cable and harness manufacturing, plastic injection and overmolding, final assembly and logistics. Inodesign launched an express electronic prototyping service enabling clients to design, assemble, and validate electronic boards in record time within its French facilities. A dedicated EMC pre-certification laboratory allows customers to evaluate and optimize products before official certification, reducing timelines and costs. Our key strengths are the following : 100% French production ensuring supply chain control and sustainability; agility and flexibility adapting to any project scale; confidentiality and IP protection guaranteed; Industry 4.0 approach integrating automation and digital traceability; continuous investment in innovation, R&D, and testing infrastructure.

Company values & mission

Inodesign Group is committed to people and the environment, promoting circular, eco-responsible production with zero waste. Innovation, precision, and adaptability are central to its culture. The company favors a local "made in France" industrial model with zero subcontracting, ensuring agility, responsiveness, and quality. Its horizontal management encourages creativity, flexibility, and talent appreciation. Trust, respect for standards, and client confidentiality are key principles. Inodesign offers a meaningful and innovative alternative to the Asian electronics market by delivering local added value and expert consulting. Committed to producing high-quality electronic products entirely "made in France," it manages everything in-house — from design to manufacturing — ensuring agility, quality, and quick responsiveness. Its mission anchors sustainability, eco-responsible processes, circular economy, and reduced carbon footprint. It works to relocalize French electronics expertise to strengthen regional economic and social bonds. Inodesign aspires to decisively contribute to French electronics industry sovereignty by encouraging relocation and building a competitive, sustainable, and responsible ecosystem. It envisions an industry respecting the environment while being efficient and innovative. Building strong partnerships, it anticipates needs and delivers maximum value. As an ambitious Industry 4.0 leader, it leverages intelligent automation, horizontal management, and continuous talent development to transform France's electronics manufacturing sector.

Company expertise

Inodesign benefits from exceptional and unique vertical integration, bringing together five complementary business units on a single 4,500 m² site. This architecture enables a continuous and controlled workflow, spanning from research and development and industrial design through complete production and validation testing, all performed in-house. The group excels particularly in R&D and innovation through its INEIA entity, specializing in complex electronic architectures, advanced embedded systems, and mechatronics. It offers express prototyping and has developed proprietary artificial intelligence named "Jean-Marie" capable of monitoring production in real-time, detecting anomalies, and optimizing industrial processes. Electronics manufacturing, managed by INODESIGN, produces up to 30,000 electronic boards monthly with scalable capacity to 50,000 through advanced SMT lines and 3D inspection systems. LINKABLE, specialized in cabling, manufactures 300,000 custom cables monthly and holds exclusive worldwide overmolding connector technology. Drocket manages overmolding and mechanical assembly with 5,000 pieces monthly, while Syzmo conducts up to 1,000 monthly tests including electrical characterization, thermal imaging, and microscopic analysis. Technically, Inodesign masters complex electronic architectures covering digital, analog, FPGA, and radiofrequency domains, as well as real-time embedded firmware and software. It integrates mechatronics with AI-assisted supervision, electromagnetic compatibility testing, machine learning, and advanced prototyping technologies including 3D printing and CNC machining. Certified ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, compliant with UL, IPC, RoHS, and CE standards, Inodesign is currently preparing EN9100 and ISO13485 certifications.

Industrial capacities

One production plant in Wasquehal near Lille, Northern France. We have a significant electronic manufacturing capacity all integrated on a single 4,500 m² site. We produce between 10,000 and 20,000 cable harnesses per week and between 10,000 and 15,000 electronic boards per month, with a maximum capacity of 30,000 boards monthly, scalable up to 50,000 with advanced equipment. Our workshops feature high-end automated lines, including an SMT line capable of placing 160,000 components per hour, with 3D automated optical inspection (AOI) and solder paste inspection (SPI). The cabling and wiring capacity reaches 300,000 custom cords per month, utilizing exclusive worldwide overmolding technology and automated electrical testing. The overmolding and mechanical assembly unit can produce up to 5,000 pieces monthly, while the testing laboratory performs up to 1,000 tests per month to ensure product compliance and reliability.

Test capacities

We have substantial testing capacities, supported by our integrated laboratory Syzmo. The laboratory includes a anechoic chamber to perform precision electromagnetic compatibility testing and certification, as well as a range of electrical, thermal, and optical analyses such as spectral analysis, thermography, microscopy, and wave analysis. Additionally, our manufacturing site itself supports extensive testing processes, including 3D optical inspections, solder paste inspections, Xray vision, traction test and rigorous quality control procedures. For each client project, we are offering to build electronic or cable test bench.
