CS Electronics SAS (established in 2016), based between Lyon & Grenoble, specializes in the Storage, Baking, and Taping of SMT components. These activities are primarily aimed at the professional electronic industry, the semiconductor and component industry, or electronic card industry. CS Electronics serves clients in the Automotive, Industrial, IoT, Semiconductor, Sensor, Military, Space, Railway, Aerospace, Telecom, and other sectors involved in the manufacturing of components, sensors, MEMs, electronic cards, or modules. With over 30 years of experience in this field, the CS Electronics team specializes in the following services: Storage of components/electronic cards in a controlled environment (humidity management ≤ 5% RH) using dry or heated cabinets or under nitrogen following Jedec 033D standards. Baking from 40°C to 70°C (≤ 1% RH) using dry/heated cabinets or under nitrogen following Jedec 033D standards – M.S.L. management. Baking of PCBs at 125°C (ovens up to 600°C). Packaging in tape and reel for SMT components, according to EIA 481/IEC standards. Unwinding and return to Jedec trays with E.S.D. strapping (supply of Jedec trays). Preparation of lots in ESD boxes, Waffle packs, moisture barrier bags, etc. Vacuum sealing (under nitrogen) with humidity testers and desiccant and dry pack bags (MBB). Straightening of pins for QFPs, TQFPs, with 3D Co-planarity testing. BGA reballing with 3D Co-planarity testing. Inventory by X-ray, with labeling and a report of the actual stock, for your lots in coils Ø180-330-380mm, strips, Jedec trays, bulk, etc. CS Electronics operates in a certified E.S.D. 103 ►109 Ω Ohms room and offers its services to industries in various countries, including France, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, and participates in International Exhibitions like, Electronica, Productronica... All CS-Electronics services are performed in an ESD certified room and in accordance with JEDEC-033D and EIA-481 standards
