Arvelec – AEL Groupe joins WIKIGIGA

Company Presentation – Arvelec (AEL Group)

My name is Jean-Christophe Nesme, and I am the Director of the Arvelec site, located in Marigny, Haute-Savoie. Arvelec is a manufacturer of electronic boards and products and is part of the AEL Group, which operates two manufacturing sites—one in the Loire region and one here in Haute-Savoie. The group also includes the Celysse design office, focused on clean rail products, and SECCOM.

What truly sets us apart are the values that define our company—values chosen by our employees themselves. These include quality, human connection, proximity, partnership, and team spirit, both internally and in our relationships with clients and suppliers. Our main sectors of activity include home automation, rail, automotive lighting, industrial applications, SMEs, startups, and large accounts. We are also actively developing our presence in the medical sector.

Expertise and Approach

At Arvelec, a key differentiator is our support for industrialisation during projects. We help secure a successful start of production or production transfer, offering technical support early in the process.

We work with our customers in full transparency, especially during the early phases of development—where uncertainty and technical risks are common. Our goal is to reduce these risks by being as collaborative and communicative as possible at every step of the project.

Production and Optimisation

Another strength lies in our proactive approach. We engage well ahead of the final design phase, even before receiving the manufacturing file. This allows us to suggest adaptations to electronic boards and mechanical components to ensure that products are easily manufacturable, with optimised cost, lead time, and quality.

We are present today at the Medinov show to position Arvelec within the medical sector, demonstrating our capabilities and value to new potential clients.

Interest in the WIKIGIGA Platform

The WIKIGIGA platform seems particularly valuable to us, as it enables seamless connection between design offices, EMS providers, OEMs, and eventually suppliers. We believe this kind of collaborative ecosystem is key to future industrial growth
